WHAT IS LAUNDERED GOODS?

Laundered Goods Design & Apparel is an independent lifestyle brand rooted in the Midwest. Our brand is built on the belief that what people value most is quality. At Laundered Goods you don’t have to make sacrifices; we represent authentic and genuine products and guarantee you will walk away with a memorable experience.

By providing a selection of items which are numbered and released in limited quantities and partnering with our spotlight artists we will put the most exclusive goods in your hands.
Laundered Goods is invested in integrity and breeds a culture of social responsibility. By supporting humanitarianism through creative means we are able to collaborate with amazing non-profits to give back.

It’s a simple idea really; create well-designed, high-quality goods that we would want to fill our laundry baskets with.

WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?

The idea behind Laundered Goods is to create quality apparel while trying to bring awareness to amazing artists and non-profit charities.

You may have noticed that we have three main categories of merchandise.

The first is our Limited Edition goods. These products are only created and sold in limited qualities. Once these products and designs have sold out they are gone for good. A large amount of our Limited Edition goods are created to raise funding and awareness for non-profit organizations that we care about. A portion of the profits from our charity products are donated back to that charity.

Our Classic Collection line of products are some of our favorites that we offer year-round. These may sell out or be discontinued (or show back up from time to time) but are not limited in quantity or offered for a select time.

Lastly, Standard Issue goods are just as high quality as our previous categories, and are also offered 24/7, these items are our Laundered Goods branded merchandise. And, like all of our products we bring you the best quality goods we can find.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Laundered Goods will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Generally, shipping is $5 for the first item and $1.25 per each additional item. Some items may be eligible for free shipping or may cost extra for shipping, which will be noted on the item page and in your cart.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS, DO THEY SHIP IN ONE PACKAGE?

We try to ship your complete order together. This means that if you have ordered a pre-sale item along with an in-stock item, we will wait to ship the rest of your order when the pre-sale item(s) is available.

There may be some instances where we will ship your in-stock item(s) ahead of your pre-sale item(s), in this case you will be notified when you’re order is shipped and on the packing slip included in your package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

In-stock items: Please allow one business day for your order to be placed and packed, and an addition 5-10 business days to receive your order in the mail.

Pre-sale items: Pre-sale items aren’t ordered until after the pre-sale period has ended. Allow for up to 4 weeks from the time pre-sale ends for items to be shipped out. Once your order has been shipped you should receive it in the mail within 5-10 business days.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE?

We work hard to make sure the quality of apparel and merchandise you receive is the best. The products we choose to offer are our personal favorites and we use them everyday. We want you to enjoy your products for a long time so quality and craftsmanship is important to us. If you love you’re new merchandise please leave a review on the product page. If not, shoot us an email and let us know what’s wrong.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

In-stock items: We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If your clothing item doesn’t fit, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and if we have the size you need available, we will send it to you at no additional cost. If we do not have the size available, we would be more than happy to give you the full amount back in store credit, minus the donation to the charity (if applicable, which will have already been donated).

Shipping costs for exchanges on sizes or color will not be refunded. If there is a problem with your order, postage costs will be refunded up to the value that charge for shipping (i.e. $5.00 on the first item, $1.25 on each additional item).

We are not responsible for any returned items until they are received. So please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage.

The item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, not washed, not worn, labels/hangtags attached, and odor-free.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, and may only be exchanged for another size if available.

Limited Edition items: Due to the fact that this apparel is limited edition and printed based on the amount sold we do not keep these designs in stock. Therefore, exchanges will not be granted if you order the wrong size. Please make sure you thoroughly research, double check and ask questions to make sure you are ordering the correct fit. If your item is a pre-sale item and that pre-sale has not ended and you require a change to your order send us an email and we will do our best to change/cancel your order.

HELP! WHY WON’T PAYPAL WORK?

Currently, we use Paypal to process orders and collect payments.

If you already have a Paypal account and are not logged in, try logging into your Paypal account or use a different email address that is not connected to a Paypal account to checkout.

CAN I GET PREVIOUS LIMITED EDITION TEES?

No. Our limited edition items are time restricted and once the campaign is over, its over.

CAN I GET THESE AWESOME DESIGNS ON A SIZE OTHER THAN LISTED?

We choose the apparel we print on with many factors considered, and based on what would work best for each design. If you are looking for a size other than what is available (ie. x-small, 2xl, ect…) send us a message and we will see what is available and if we can get a shirt made in your size.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

Not yet.

DO YOU SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

Right now we cannot split up an order to ship to different addresses. You’re best course of action is to place separate orders for each address you want items shipped to, this assures no mistakes are made in processing your order.

IS LAUNDERED GOODS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT?

While we support and work with many not-for-profits, we are a for profit company. We have to remain profitable to continue to improve, and offer additional goods.
